Welcome to Marylee’s Musings! You’ll find posts about food, pets, observations, and occasional rants – tasteful rants, of course. As a proud Native Oregonian happily living in Idaho, I have an ever-changing perspective about creatures and things around me. Naturally, everything in my life has been planned and orderly and based on the highest concern for my fellow human…NOT! How a biology major ended up with a career in banking and human resources is a mystery to even me.
What I do know is that my journey has provided me with a varied and sometimes weird set of experiences. And now that I’m at a point in my life where the urgency to decide what I want to be when I grow up is increasing, I’m becoming more comfortable with expanding my horizons and taking the occasional risk. I must say, regarding risks, my bucket list doesn’t include taking up stunt work in the movies. Rather, I’m experimenting in the kitchen, learning why the animals I live with do the things they do, and talking to strangers more frequently.
If you enjoy something you stumble across on Marylee’s Musings, please drop me a line. Otherwise, I’m just rambling, not musing!
Cheers!
